Welcome to Candle Makers Compass. By creating an account or using our app at candlemakerscompass.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Candle Makers Compass is a web-based tool that helps candle makers manage formulas, batches, pricing, and testing. We offer a free Spark plan and paid Compass Pro plans billed monthly or annually.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under your login. You must provide a valid email address at signup.

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All prices are in USD.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual subscriptions. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period.

5. Free Trial

Free trials are available to eligible users who purchase the Candle Selling Blueprint. Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account & Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the software, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Candle Makers Compass are owned by Rustic Territory LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Candle Makers Compass is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of calculations, or specific results. Use of the app does not guarantee business success.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
