Candle Makers Compass does not offer refunds on any subscription plan — monthly or annual.
Why No Refunds?
Access to all features begins immediately upon subscribing. Because you receive full value from the moment your plan activates we are unable to offer refunds for unused portions of any billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account & Billing page inside the app. Upon cancellation you will retain full access through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
Free Trial
If you received a free trial through the purchase of the Candle Selling Blueprint you may cancel before the trial period ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends your payment method will be charged automatically.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on our part that prevented access to the service.
